There are a number of ecommerce settings that need to be turned on to help setup your ecommerce or customer portal correctly. There are settings at the corporation level and at the item level.

Ecommerce Web Inventory Instructions

The Web Inventory section is accessible to the general public and is located outside the main secure application. Clicking the link on that page will take you to the primary search interface for your corporation. To return to the secure portion of the application, you will need to either use your browser's back button or log in again.

Tip: If you are assisting a customer in accessing specific information (such as photos or stock/unit details), navigate to the appropriate page and copy the web address. Then, paste it into an email to direct them to the correct page efficiently.
